Customer Satisfaction and Exchange Policies

At Kilt Kingdom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issue with an item, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Exchanges

Received an item that doesn't fit or isn't suitable? No problem. Our exchanges and returns policies are designed to make this process as easy as possible.

  • General Exchanges: We're happy to exchange most items if they are the wrong size or color. Unfortunately, engraved or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturer's fault is found. In such cases, you may consider our "Love it or Burn it" policy.

  • Custom Orders: Purchases involving goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized cannot be canceled once processed. These items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or have been made to incorrect measurements.

  • Process: The easiest and fastest way to process your exchange is to contact us, purchase the replacement items in a new order, and then return the unsuitable items for a refund.

    1. Allow us the opportunity to adjust, repair, or replace any faulty or incorrect items before claiming a refund.
    2. Items must not be sent back without prior authorization. Returns sent without a request will not be accepted.
    3. Contact us before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
    4. Once we receive your returned items, we'll get the replacements sent out. This usually takes a few days to a week or two, depending on how long it takes for the items to come back to us and how much time is required to process the customized orders.

Cancellation Process

  • General Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within 2 days of placing it without providing any reason. To cancel, please contact our support team using the details provided on our website. After the 2-day period, a restocking fee will be deducted. If the order has already been dispatched, we regret to inform you that cancellation will no longer be possible.

Overseas Exchanges

To exchange an item, please purchase a replacement item in a new order and then return the unsuitable items for a refund.

Combine Shipping

If you are thinking of exchanging something, remember that you can combine the replacement item with any other items you may wish to purchase and only pay shipping for the combined order.

Returns

Please note that any products made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned or canceled once they are in production. These items are only eligible for return if they are faulty or do not match the measurements you provided.

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • How the item seems faulty in any way.
