- All orders are processed within 3–5 business days
- Custom or made-to-measure items may require 5-8 business days for production
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
After handling your order to shipping couriers we are unable to control the shipping tasks, but estimated delivery of your order is 12-15 working days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping cost is flat worldwide which is $25
- Free shipping is offered on shopping $299 or above
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email
- A tracking number will be provided to monitor your delivery status
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- The orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
Kilt Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

- Weather conditions or unforeseen events
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order after processing
- Additional charges may apply for re-shipping
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Kilt Kingdom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier
- Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance
However, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
