1. Order Processing Time
- Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing your order.
- Orders placed before 12 PM MT are prioritized for same-day processing.
- Custom or made-to-measure items are produced specifically for you and are included within this processing window.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time is 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are shipped using USPS, DHL, e-Commerce, FedEx, or UPS depending on your location and the fastest available service.
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
We provide free shipping on all products, worldwide.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 days of your order, please contact us at support@kiltkingdom.com and we will follow up with you.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Kilt Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience in such situations, and will always keep you updated.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to modify the order after processing, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Kilt Kingdom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance; we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refunds policy.
