Welcome to Kilt Kingdom. These are the terms you agree to when you use our website (https://kiltkingdom.com) or place an order with us. We've kept this as plain and simple as possible — if anything is unclear, just email us.

1. Who we are

Kilt Kingdom ("we," "us," "our") sells kilts, jackets, and Highland dress accessories, made to order from our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan.

2. Using our site

To place an order, you confirm that:

• You're at least 18, or ordering with a parent/guardian's permission
• The information you give us (name, address, sizing, payment) is accurate

3. Product info and pricing

We do our best to keep photos, descriptions, and prices accurate. A few honest caveats:

• Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person
• Since many items are handmade to your measurements, small natural variations can occur
• If we spot a pricing or listing error, we'll fix it and let you know before charging you — we won't silently change a confirmed order

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, there's a payment problem, or we suspect fraud. If that happens, you'll be notified and fully refunded.

5. Made-to-measure orders

Most of our kilts and outfits are cut and sewn specifically to the measurements you provide. Because of this, they can't be returned simply for a change of mind or a sizing mistake on the order — please double-check your measurements against our size guide before submitting. If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are covered in our Shipping Policy. We do everything we can to ship on time, but delays from customs, carriers, or events outside our control can happen.

7. Your account and data

Anything you tell us — your address, sizing, contact details — is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don't sell your information.

8. Our content

The photos, text, logos, and designs on this site belong to Kilt Kingdom. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

9. Fair use of our site

We just ask that you don't use the site to do anything illegal, try to interfere with how it works, or give us false information when ordering.

10. If something goes wrong

We're not liable for indirect losses (like a missed event) resulting from a delay or issue with an order — our responsibility is to make sure you receive the product you paid for, or to refund/replace it if something's genuinely wrong on our end. This doesn't affect any rights you have under your local consumer protection laws.

11. Links to other sites

If our site links out to somewhere else (like a payment provider), we're not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as our business grows. The current version is always the one posted here.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where Kilt Kingdom is based and operated.
