Returns & Refunds

At Kilt Kingdom, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. Please read it carefully, as many of our products are made to your individual measurements.

1. 30-Day Return Policy (Ready-Made Items)

Most of our ready-made accessories — such as sporrans, belts, buckles, kilt pins, brooches, flashes, socks, hats and shoes — can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Made-to-Measure & Custom Items

Many of our kilts and outfits are custom made to your individual measurements. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned for change of mind, for measurements supplied incorrectly by the customer, or for sizing preference. Returns or exchanges on made-to-measure items are accepted only if the item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. We strongly recommend following our size guide carefully before ordering.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If any item — ready-made or custom — arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@kiltkingdom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.

4. Return Process

To start a return, email us at support@kiltkingdom.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, or you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Simply email support@kiltkingdom.com and we will guide you through the process.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been approved. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@kiltkingdom.com.
