1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • The item must include original packaging and tags (if applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-measure products
  • Personalized or altered items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

These conditions are clearly defined to ensure fairness and transparency.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size (for standard-size items only)
  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival
  • Wrong item received

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed under these conditions:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing Time:

Refunds may take 8-15 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase
After this period, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled
