Bold and heritage-rich, the Modern Macleod of Lewis Box Pleated Hybrid Kilt brings one of Scotland's most striking tartans to a made-to-measure men's kilt — the unmistakable black and yellow of Clan MacLeod, in a structured box-pleat hybrid design.
The Macleod of Lewis Tartan
The MacLeod of Lewis tartan is famous for its bold black and bright yellow check — one of the most recognisable setts in Scotland. It belongs to the Lewis branch of Clan MacLeod, from the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, a clan whose history reaches back centuries. You don't need MacLeod roots to wear it — anyone can enjoy this striking tartan.
The Box Pleat Hybrid Style
This kilt uses deep, even box pleats for a clean, structured silhouette, blended with a modern hybrid build for comfort and freedom of movement — the best of traditional and contemporary kilt design.
